Before you print
Give your design a final check
- For an 8×10 inch print, request a 4:5 composition. For 12×16 or 18×24 inches, request 3:4. Check the result in the editor, since a generated image may still need cropping.
- Use the original image file rather than a screenshot of the conversation. Look closely at fine lines, faces, and any lettering before choosing a large size.
- Keep important elements inside the edges. If you plan to use your own frame, consider how its opening might cover the outside of the paper.
Questions about AI posters
How do I print a poster made in ChatGPT?
Generate the artwork, save the original image, and upload it to the Print My Image editor. Select a poster size, adjust the placement, and check the preview before checkout. The ChatGPT plugin will offer another starting point when it launches.
Does my poster come with a frame?
No. This option is an unframed matte paper print. Choose a framed print if you want a physical frame included, or use a frame you already own.
What happens if my image does not fit the poster?
The image and paper can have different proportions. Adjust the artwork in the editor and check whether the composition is cropped or leaves space around it. Generate a new version with more room around the subject if important details are too close to the edges.
